Refund Policy

At The Lighthouse Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality educational, assessment, and professional resources. We value transparency and fairness in all our transactions while ensuring the protection of intellectual property and professional materials.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for purchases made through our Online Shop.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Digital guides and toolkits
  • Online resources
  • Digitally delivered assessment or training materials

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded. This policy is in place to protect intellectual property and prevent misuse or duplication of professional materials.

2. Printed & Physical Products (Conditional Refunds)

Printed and physical products include Printed books, Printed tests and assessment materials and educational resources shipped to customers.

Refunds or exchanges may be considered only if:
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of receipt
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Opened or used books or test materials
  • Damaged items due to misuse
  • Products returned after the allowed time window

3. Assessment & Test Materials (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Assessment tools, test materials, and related professional resources are non-refundable once:

  • Access is granted
  • Materials are dispatched
  • The assessment process has begun

These materials are classified as professional and controlled-use resources and cannot be resold or reused.

4. Errors, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive: An incorrect item or a defective printed product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Eligible cases will be reviewed, and we may offer:
  • A replacement
  • A refund at our discretion

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Transaction or bank fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: info@gecegypt.com. Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with this policy. The Lighthouse Centre reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the conditions outlined above.
